Scope of Work:

This masonry restoration included:

• 100% deep repointing (approx. 5” deep ) of the entire stone foundation, as well as repointing and brick replacement in various other locations
• dismantling and rebuilding (3) entranceways constructed of large stone wing walls and stone steps
• pouring new concrete steps with heating cables at the front entranceway
• replacing numerous foundation stones and window lintels
• reconstructing the top of the large chimney
