Scope of Work:

This labour intensive project required:

• cutting out and repointing 100% of the mortar joints throughout the building
• partial rebuilding of the chimney
• removing, installing lead flashing, relaying, and pinning the buttress capstones
• removal of the steel frame, copper clad steeple
• the installation of a new concrete floor and weatherproof membrane for the tower roof
