Scope of Work:

The carpentry and masonry work performed on this tower in 1996 include:

• removing the existing , fabricating, and installing new decorative frieze board
• removing the original wooden louvers and installing custom made factory-painted aluminum replacements
• replacing the decorative panels beneath the louvers with new wooden replicas
• installing 1” round molding around the new louvers and decorative panels
• cutting out and repointing 100% of the mortar joints from the top of the tower down to the intersection of the tower with the main roof
• new soffit, fascia, eaves troughs, downspouts, and lightning protection system
• window repair, caulking, and painting
