Scope of Work:

This exterior restoration completed in 1990 consisted of:

• removing multiple layers of paint from the brick surface
• chemically cleaning the severely stained brickwork
• cutting out and replacing the deteriorated mortar joints and over 3000 bricks
• rebuilding four chimneys, installing a new metal roof, eaves troughs, and downspouts

This property was converted from low income housing into quality apartments and professional offices.
